Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

Return Requirements

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, software, or other opened media
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is posted
  3. Contact your bank — processing times vary

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at druktan17@gmail.com and send your item to our return address.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the returned item is received. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked or was sent to the giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to our designated return address (please contact us for details).

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
